Our People

President Robert H. Campbell, Jr. began working in the seaming industry in 1975 as an equipment service rep for American Can Co. There he worked on numerous projects including the Folgers "Flaked Coffee" concept and the video-jet coder prototype. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from LeTourneau University in Longview, TX. In 1981 he began ABC Lid Machine Co. In 1983 he completed Texas A&M's Better Process Control School FDA certifying him to operate a food processing plant. Most of his work involves custom modifications and upgrades of seamers and packaging machinery to meet customer demands. This led to Bob's design and patent of a new seamer that takes vacuum packing into the new century with servomotors and PLC's. It also led to Bob's patented liquid nitrogen process that eliminates messy, costly and sometimes dangerous gaseous nitrogen tunnels. Because of this patent, Bob has taken the lead in liquid nitrogen packaging. He works with various companies throughout the U.S. and Canada to custom design and implement efficient cost-saving solutions for their plants.

Vice President Marcus W. Haseltine, Ph.D received his doctorate in chemistry from Kansas State University. He has extensive management experience from his years at Sun Oil Company where he led a number of projects and the Adamanech Co., a subsidary of Sun Co. He joined Bob in the mid-80s as a silent partner and came on-board full-time in the early 90's. Marc has worked with other start-up businesses and brings knowledge of the legal incorporation process and business plan development.
